What is the difference between sandbox and production?+
Sandbox uses synthetic data (10,000 accounts) and is free with unlimited calls. Production uses real MNO rails. The API surface is identical - sandbox code is production-ready.
How do I graduate from sandbox to production?+
Complete sandbox validation, pass director KYC via our KYC service, and sign the platform agreement. We review and approve within 48 hours.
What are the rate limits?+
Starter: 100 req/min, Growth: 500 req/min, Scale: 2000 req/min, Enterprise: custom. Limits are per-client and enforced at the API Gateway.
Do you support webhooks?+
Yes. We deliver CloudEvents over HTTPS for every state change. The sandbox includes a real-time WebSocket webhook inspector for debugging.
Which countries are supported?+
