Terms of Service
Last updated: June 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the OminiHub platform, APIs, SDKs, documentation, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. API Usage
OminiHub provides financial infrastructure APIs. You agree to use these APIs only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations, including Ghana Data Protection Act 2012, Bank of Ghana EMI Guidelines, and FATF AML/CFT standards. You must not use the Services to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity.
3. API Keys & Authentication
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. Sandbox keys (prefixed sk_sandbox_) and production keys (prefixed sk_live_) must be stored securely and never committed to source control or shared publicly. You are liable for all activity under your keys.
4. Rate Limits & Fair Use
API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier (Starter, Growth, Scale, Enterprise). Exceeding your rate limit will result in HTTP 429 responses. Repeated abuse may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
5. Data Handling
When you submit personal data through our APIs (MSISDNs, identity documents, biometric data), OminiHub processes this data as a processor on your behalf. National ID numbers are HMAC-hashed at rest and never stored in cleartext. You must ensure you have obtained appropriate consent from data subjects before submitting their data.
6. Service Level Agreement
OminiHub targets 99.9% monthly uptime for production APIs. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated 72 hours in advance. SLA credits are available for Enterprise tier customers per the terms of their service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OminiHub and Afrilogic Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.
